Perfect place for the soul

We went to Pémuteran intending to scuba and snorkel everyday, but we loved this airbnb so much that we would spent entire days lounging around by the pool, enjoying the time relaxing. Putu made sure every need was taken care of, and he organized several excursions for us. If you’re on the fence about staying here, do it. I cant emphasize enough how good for the soul this place was.

In one word: WOW! In the villa everything is beautiful and huge. Our staying here was surely the most pleasant time we had in Bali. We regret it was too short!

Absolutely fantastic

The villa as absolutely fantastic. The garden is beautiful and constantly tended to keep it looking so fabulous, a real green oasis. The amenities in and outside are so well thought out, and provide luxurious and comfortable seating and relaxing areas all around the house, garden and pool. This really is a place that you can relax and unwind in luxury. To make this all happen are a dedicated team of people. Gardeners, housekeeper, night watchman and manager. The housekeeper Iluh is wonderful, so adaptable and friendly, she really is dedicated to making your stay comfortable and relaxing, and her cooking is delicious, and she is more than happy to come back to cook lunch and dinner as well. Iluh is a real asset providing true Balinese hospitality. Putu, the house manager is available to arrange anything you need and was able to give advise and guidance about the local area and organise trips and services for us at short notice and all at good rates. We did diving, National Park walks, dolphin watching and massages. It is a perfect tranquil and private villa in a quiet part of Bali. Pemuteran is a lovely low key village with a beautiful clean beach and great snorkelling. The beach is a 20 minutes walk away. We found it really difficult to leave and would love to be back there. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

“Lovely place. Our own resort for 4 days. We totally enjoyed the beautiful garden and mountains behind the house. Can recommend a trip to Ijen vulcano. Great food in hungry army restaurant on the main road. Lovely staff and the surroundings made is stay in the villa instead of going to the beach. Lisette was really helpful arranging the transport from Sanur. Would we go back ? YES. For sure. If it’s low tide then go to the temple and watch the monkeys playing in the ocean. ”

“Fabulous villa in beautiful large private garden. Wonderfully quiet location with views of mountains. The staff do everything to make your stay perfect, from delicious cooking to scooters and arranging trips. We will definitely return. The area is low key in terms of entertainment but fantastic for diving and snorkeling. A lot of gems of local restaurants.

a MUST to stay

Great house and a MUST in your trip to Bali. This is one of the best houses we have stayed in our 2 months in Bali. Big pool, nice rooms, lot of staff helping you with activities, reservations, where to go….nice beach after 800 meters walk, diving & snorkeling is great and food cooked by local people was delicious. You can not miss this house if you go to Pemuteran. Thanks for a nice week there !!

Fantastic stay

 

May 2018:
We have spent two weeks with seven adults in villa Beten Bukit.
A beautiful house in a beautiful place!
There was more than enough room for everyone and the friendly staff did everything to make us feel comfortable; from arranging guide and taxi to arranging a romantic dinner by the sea.
Fourteen days was still too short to do everything and see in the nearby area. Also staying a day at home was wonderful. How could it be otherwise with a beautiful garden, a clean swimming pool, good food and a cupboard full of books.
We enjoyed this holiday and can highly recommend it.

Oasis of greenery

Il y a eu les rêves, alimentés par Lisette bien avant notre départ. Et puis l’accueil, le calme après la cohue de Ubud, les rencontres, la beauté époustouflante des lieux, oasis de verdure au pied de la colline brûlée par le soleil. Un petit coin de paradis dont on continuera à rêver longtemps…

There were dreams, fed by Lisette well before we left. and then the welcome, the calm after the rush of Ubud, the meetings, the breathtaking beauty of the place, oasis of greenery at the foot of the hill burned by the sun. A little piece of paradise that we will continue to dream for a long time …

What a beautiful place

Villa Beten Bukit is such a beautiful place. The location is fantastic, situated at the foot of a beautiful hill in a remote location at the end of the road. The villa has a big, beautiful lush garden, and we loved to listen to the many birds and just enjoy sitting outside in the garden or on the spacious terrace the villa offers, and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the peace. Since we live in Bali, we always look for nice places where we can also bring our lovely dog. At Villa Beten Bukit this was possible, we did appreciate this a lot, as it is rare to find beautiful upscale accommodation where one can bring the dog. So this is a big plus, and we’d love to come back.

Also to mention is the friendly villa staff. Putu and Iluh are very helpful, and assisted with all we needed. Iluh is a wonderful cook. Putu and her prepared a wonderful BBQ!
